The Emerging Leaders of Somerset County are a sponsored initiative of the Somerset County Business Partnership designed for professionals under the age of 40 who live, work or do business in Somerset County. We ACHIEVE by providing educational seminars, lectures, discussions, events, where ELSC members can learn from each other and the resources of the SCBP. We BUILD our networks by providing opportunities in which young professionals can interact in a peer-based, non-intimidating, low-pressure atmosphere. We CONNECT through activities and programs, assist its members with their professional development and provide foundations to begin building long-term relationships.
